Step One
1 Day
Apply to one of our open jobs or submit your resume and get accepted into our talent pipeline. Once you’re in, a recruiter will reach out to schedule a call with you.
Step Two
1 to 3 Days (Depending on your Availability)
We’ll schedule an intro call and align on what your ideal next opportunity looks like and go over our open positions that match what you’re looking for.
Step Three
1 to 2 Days
You’ll take assessments for the job (~25 minutes total). You’ll receive a comprehensive report explaining your results when you finish, regardless if you pass or fail.
Step Four
1 to 5 Days (Depending On Employer Availability)
We’ll schedule an interview between you and the hiring manager for the position. Some employers may require multiple interview rounds.
Step Five
1 to 3 Days after interviewing
You’ll get a quick decision. Be prepared to produce professional references if you’re offered the job. Some employers might require a drug test (not common).
Step Six
You’re hired in 5 to 14 days
You’ll start your new job on the start date you agree with your employer. We’ll check up with you at the 30 and 60 day marks to get your feedback on how the job is going.

After speaking to a recruiters, you will be sent an invite to take a series of sales assessments administered through Criteria Corp. You will be emailed your results, including a personalized strength and weakness analysis of key sales skills.
