Jake is an experienced Entrepreneur and Sales Leader. He's built and led 8-figure sales teams. Jake founded Head Hunters RPO to empower entrepreneurs to build high performing sales teams.
Mike co-founded Head Hunters RPO. He's an experienced operations leader and an Army National Guard veteran. He graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Business Administration.
Nick is Head Hunters RPO's first employee. In addition to being Jake's brother, he is experienced in sales and entrepreneurship. He is a scratch golfer, and has worked for Riviera C.C. and Callaway.
John graduated from Santa Fe College with a Bachelors in Business Analytics in 2022. He's worked in sales ever since, first at the previous start-up Jake Lawless founded, then with Head Hunters RPO.
Brad got his start in sales 7 years ago as a door-to-door salesman at Vivint. He eventually was promoted to Sales Manager and hired and led a team. He is an entrepreneur himself and founder of Excelonet Ai.
