Yes, we only recruit sales candidates. Sales is what we’re great at, so we stick to that. We can help you hire Account Executive (AEs), Full-Cycle Sales Executives, Business Development Representatives (BDRs / SDRs) Inside Sales Reps, Outside Sales Reps, Door-to-door Sales Reps, Account Managers (AMs).
We guarantee our hires for 60 days, no questions asked. If you need to rehire a candidate we placed with you within their first 60 days working for you, we’ll do it for no additional cost.
It depends on the role you are filling and what type of candidate you need for the job. Our standard rate is 20% of the annual base salary of the hire. For sales positions that do not have a base salary, a negotiated per-hire fee based on comparables is agreed upon prior to work.
We will typically begin presenting you with qualified and interested candidates one to two weeks into recruiting for the role. Our goal is to have every position we are recruiting for filled within four weeks / 28 calendar days.
For contingent searches, we require a $2,500 upfront engagement deposit. The engagement deposit is non-refundable; however, we do credit it towards you first invoice upon successfully placing a candidate.
